Hello friends, we miss you dearly! Some of you hav Hello friends, we miss you dearly! Some of you have been asking so here's a short update on our June 20th event. We have suspended ticket sales while we get more confirmation on whether we're able to hold our event. We will know for sure within a few weeks. We are staying hopeful, dreaming of seeing you, and most of all wishing each one of you health and happiness! In the meantime we have 3 questions for you! Head over to our stories for deets.
MUSIC + MALAS are an immediate “spirit lifter” MUSIC + MALAS are an immediate “spirit lifter” in these scary times as we venture into the unknown. One thing we know for sure, being in the present moment is a wonderful escape especially if you are dancing, feeling, imagining, creating, designing or praying. We encourage you to crank up your favorite song, get creative, repurpose old jewelry, make something, plant something (thank goodness it isn’t Winter) clean your closet, and pray. Pray for those who are sick and those who have lost and those who are working to serve and save lives. After all, we are one people. It is these challenging times that we lean on our yoga practice the most. The practice off the mat. The practice beyond the physical pose.
